Temp deserves a reputation as something of a sook! Famed for early and quick ripening, it will drop leaves if challenged by heat & droughteven in the cool Hills. It appreciates modest but frequent watering in dry seasons.

CELLARING POTENTIAL

Will develop leathery complexity and depth over 5-10 years in bottle.

VINIFICATION

Each vineyard is picked at its optimum, and fermented and matured separately; all in aged French oak. When blending: we ruthlessly cull any barrel that doesnt come up to scratch, then play with the individual components to craft a wine with youthful appeal and approachability.
