With a winemaking history that dates back to 1090, Dievole combines centuries of tradition with modern techniques to produce exceptional Chianti. Recent modernizations and organic certification in 2017 have propelled their wines to new heights.

The 2019 Chianti Classico features 90% Sangiovese, 7% Canaiolo, and 3% Colorino, sourced from vineyards at 300-420 meters above sea level on limestone and marl soils. It ferments in cement eggs and ages for 13 months in large format, untoasted French oak.

On the nose, this elegant wine presents clean berry and cherry aromas with subtle floral notes. The palate is medium-bodied with fresh, silky tannins and bright acidity, delivering fruit flavors with a lightly firm finish.
