Chardonnay and Savagnin is sourced from the tiny appellation of L’Etoile, or ‘the Star’, named after the five-pointed fossils found throughout the region. Minimal inputs, low sulphur, superb quality.

A smoky creaminess, golden peaches and punchy power are the keynote characteristics.
