Practicing organic viticulture, the Mortet family uses meticulous winemaking techniques. The 2021 vintage includes 60% whole cluster fermentation with indigenous yeast, aged for 18 months in barrels (15% new), and bottled unfined and unfiltered. This enhances the wine’s structure and elegance.

Arnaud Mortet, who took over after his father’s passing in 2006, runs the domaine with his sister Clemence and mother Laurence. Arnaud’s approach focuses on purity and finesse, reducing new wood and extraction.
