Lulu Vigneron releases tiny volumes of powerful whites and delicate, brisk reds… such as this Poulsard.

Made with parcels of fruit from three tiny vineyards ranging from 25-55 years old, its whole bunch fermented before gentle pressing and being set to age in old wood for 8 months.

There is a bounce of red fruits here (a new collective noun we just invented), with tangy cranberries to the fore. There is an earthy wildness and a light whole bunch grip too, all within a very loose-knit framework,
