Sierra Reed has spent years travelling to different wine regions, learning the ways of the locals, soaking up knowledge, and adding to her craft.

One of her great loves is making wine in Beaujolais, which she tries to do every year if she gets the chance. She teams up with the legendary Domaine Vissoux for her Beaujolais, taking the first pick of their Ponci vineyard in Fleurie for her very own cuvee. It’s made in a traditional way, with 100% whole bunches and ageing in a 100 year old barrel before bottling.

Only tiny amounts make it to Australia and given the love for Sierra’s wines here in Aus, it sells out in no time.

It’s a perfectly judged example of Fleurie; light, ethereal and charming to drink.
