Never out of fashion (and it never should be), the Silkman Reserve Chardonnay is an intense number, layered with sweet rich pineapple and nectarine flavours.

Now with a few years since vintage under its belt, the creamy oak has been smoothed out a bit, but still very much present. Some good zinging acidity is emerging and it’s at the top step of its drinking plateau – though it will continue to evolve if you choose to savour it.

Drink it now or save it for later, it’ll do well either way.
