‘Ada’ is short for ‘Adelaide’, with the intention of this young winemaking project being to source parcels of excellent fruit from around the various regions of South Australia, and craft them into wines that they love.

This is an Adelaide Hills blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Muscat, with elements of skin contact, barrel fermentation and lees stirring all adding texture and interest to what is some divinely pure and juicy tropical Adelaide Hills fruit.

A very versatile white wine here and tip top value too. A producer to watch!
