Brothers’ Cellar is a small, family-owned winery based in Bolnisi, Georgia. Founded by brothers Gurami and Giorgi in 2015, their family has been producing wine since 1900, making their venture a continuation of a long-standing legacy. Every family member is involved in the business, contributing to the revival of Bolnisi as an exciting wine region on the Georgian wine map.

The 2022 Brothers’ Cellar Chinuri is a standout among their offerings. Made from the Chinuri grape, the name of which derives from the Georgian word chinebuli, meaning excellent or the best. The grapes for this vintage were hand-harvested and fermented in traditional qvevri, this fascinating white grape is known for its naturally high acidity, making it ideal for producing crisp, refreshing wines with plenty of texture.

This is a lovely interpretation by the Brothers. The nose is inviting with floral and herbal aromas, including notes of mint, pear, and yellow fruits.
