Crafted by renowned winemaker Chris Alheit using grapes from Danie Carinus one-hectare vineyard, this Chenin Blanc is rooted in decomposed granite soils.In the winery, whole bunch pressing and a combination of 75% fermentation in concrete eggs and 25% in older oak barrels lend the wine extra texture and character.

The excellent 2022 vintage reveals ripe red apple flavours, with a slight grip adding to its structure. The texture is lovely, and the finish is cool and precise, highlighting the wines natural acidity and energy.
