The results are tremendous – value in a premium context, with this tense, flinty Chardonnay beaming brightly.
The barrel ferment and full malo hardly make a dent in the nervy, linear palate that reveals citrus and peach fruits and a true savouriness – a real Eastern Peake signature.

“Another wonderful wine from this talented maker. While a recently introduced entry-level, for lack of a better term, this delves well into the wonder of the top wines. Demonstrating the oxidative dab of chamomile, almond meal, tonic and lemon balm, spraying the palate with a wisp of sea salt that carries me to the Jura as much as it does to Andalucia, albeit, without anything excessively oxidative. Tensile, fresh, mid-weighted and scintillating”
