This fantastic entry point into Chablis comes from the Picq family, who call the small village Chiche home. Gilbert Picq and his children Didier, Pascal and Marilyn manage small, low-yielding plots across AC and 1er sites all across Chablis.

The family manages to retain beautiful delicacy and transparency in their wines, making them in a classic style with native yeast ferments and no oak in site.
