It’s made with no additions save a little SO2 at bottling, a natural rugged vibe mainlined through the mouthpiece of the Nebbiolo grape, with all its pretty aromatics shining through.

“Its a firm yet brighter ilk of nebb. Perfume of dark cherry, plum, a touch of curious cassis, some mulberry, truffle, new leather and garam masala exotic spice. Chewy in the palate with extremely good length, more of the same of the bouquet is how it tastes with a touch of sweetness of cherry, maraschino perhaps, in there too. It sucks up nicely in its grippy pucker through the finish, a reflection of time on skins. It does a job of deliciousness and ease of drinking, hand-in-hand. Modern Aus nebb has a yardstick here.”
