Cliff Edge has always been about hitting that sweet spot proper Grampians Shiraz character, without the wait or the price tag of the top stuff. Its mostly younger estate vines and a few parcels that dont make the flagship cut, but the fruit is still top-notch, and you can tell. Theres spice, structure, and that cool-climate edge that gives Langi wines their lift.

2022 was one of those dream vintages mild, even, and slow to ripen which suits this style down to the ground. Everythings in balance. Its got shape and intensity, but nothing feels pushed or heavy. Mostly older oak, so the fruit does the talking, and its already drinking in a really nice spot, though itll happily go a few years too.

If youre chasing something with a bit of polish that still feels honest and unforced, this is a very safe bet.
