A producer with a commitment or biodynamic farming and the Midas touch in the cellar, Thierry has elevated the status of his region through consistently releasing sublime quasi-Burgundian Cabernet Francs and elegant, finessed Chenin Blancs which are magnetic in their energy and charisma.

This is a lithe, flinty version of Chenin Blanc, with crisp acidity and lovely racy extension of flavour.

It’s made to be drunk now and drunk with abandon. It’s great with seafood or a fresh salad with a zesty dressing.
