“I do love a bit of Brawn, as this has such energy, refinement and drive. A harmony of citrus, from lemon to pink grapefruit, all juicy with pith and rind; lots of spice and cedary oak, which imparts a sweetness as much as flavour not too much, just right. The palate has a fine layer of nutty lees, texture and plenty of invigorating acidity. Its moreish, savoury and delicious.”
