Church Block has been a staple of McLaren Vale for 50 years, and the 2022 vintage keeps the tradition going strong. First made by Greg Trott in 1972, this Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, and Merlot blend has become one of Australias most loved reds – full of flavour, well-structured, and always easy to enjoy.

Sourced from a mix of estate and grower vineyards, the fruit was fermented in small batches and aged for 12 months in French and American oak. Cabernet brings dark fruit and structure, Shiraz adds spice and generosity, and Merlot softens things out with plush, rounded tannins.

Its drinking beautifully right now and works with just about anything – grilled meats, hearty pastas, or a casual night in. Tremendous value and one of Australia’s most popular reds for very good reason!
