The first Chardonnay produced at Bindi in 1991 was dedicated to Bill Dhillon’s mentor, Kostas Rind.

Today, Bindi vigneron Michael Dhillon continues the tradition, crafting this intensely mineral-driven style of Chardonnay from fruit grown on the original Bindi Chardonnay plantings from 1988.

It’s a wine that shows immense power, though drinks a little earlier than the revered Bindi Quartz Chardonnay.

Powerful, delicious and a great pleasure to drink, this is a Chardonnay for ‘real’ Chardonnay lovers.
