Harvested in the cool morning, the grapes are destemmed, crushed, and pressed to stainless steel tanks to preserve their natural aromas and freshness. Fermented at low temperatures with neutral yeast, the wine retains a crisp, fruity profile.

This Sauvignon Blanc bursts with herbaceous notes, passionfruit, and ripe tropical fruit aromas. The palate offers a refreshing blend of citrus and tropical fruits, balanced by a clean, lingering finish. Its vibrant acidity and mild structure make it perfect for pairing with ceviche, salads, or seafood.
