Riesling definitely sits well within Anna Pooley & Justin Bubb’s wheelhouses so of course Bubb + Pooley were going to feature this variety. Fruit was sourced from the Pressing Matters vineyard and saw time in both stainless steel and seasoned French oak.

This is beautiful wine.

Delicate, but complex perfume – lemon zest, frangipani and soft spices – with a gorgeously textured palate. Supple acid, apples, flint and under ripe stone fruit. Did we mention it’s just so damned pretty?
