Castle Rock is way down in the bottom-left corner of Australia in the Porongurup Ranges of the Great Southern. It’s a cool environment, perfect for cool cleansing Rieslings with heaps of flavour.

They may make Australia’s best value white wine, let alone Riesling. As fresh as freshly-picked flowers from the garden, it’s a wine with crunchy acidity but beautifully balanced and smooth, even in its youth.

For delicacy and grace in white wine, this can’t be beaten for the price.
