This Chardonnay is crafted from nearly 30-year-old vines in the Glenhope vineyard, situated at 450 metres on granite soil. Made with the same precision as Bindi Chardonnays by the uber-talented and respected Michael Dhillon, the wine undergoes natural fermentation and spends ten months on lees in 30% new French oak.

This Chardonnay features a beautiful nose of lemon and citrus flowers, accented by spice, fig, and a touch of nectarine. The palate is fresh, creamy, and harmonious, with a lingering finish and lovely weight.

This wine promises to improve over the next three years and drink well beyond. This guy makes some of the best Chardonnay in Australia and here’s a great way to sample his stylings at a slightly more approachable price point than his famed Bindi creations.
