Owner/winemaker Erin Pooley’s aim for this ‘Eleventh House’ range is to craft classic, high-quality, minimal intervention wines that are perfect for everyday drinking.

The white is a Vermentino dominant blend with some aromatic and textural support from Pinot Gris & Friulano. The trio get fermented in barrels and aged on their lees, coming out as a really charming and flavourful wine filled with citrus and stone fruit.

A delightfully versatile wine and super value for money.
