The Don Tinto Tempranillo is smooth and seriously drinkable: 100% organically farmed, with black cherry, vanilla spice and a silky palate. The Bodega Pirineos Moristel is an indigenous Spanish grape worth knowing, grown in the Somontano co-op: cherry, rhubarb and blackberry with a pleasantly grippy finish. And the Le Benjamin Bordeaux from Chateau des Annereaux rounds things out with organic Merlot and Petit Verdot: smooth, structured, with blackcurrant and a touch of pepper and smoke.
