A robust orange wine with notes of ripe tangerines, spice and crystallised ginger. Made with aromatic varieties there’s an explosion of tropical fruit and flowers with a silky, almost oily texture and plenty of spice and depth.

Ppin is a project that works closely with several small Alsatian winegrowers, all friends who have each been working organically for many years. The collaboration runs right through from grape growing to vinification, with the aim to make great natural wines.
