AKASHI WHITE OAK SINGLE MALT 5 YEAR OLD WHISKY 500ML

This is a 5 year old single malt, aged in a Sherry cask, resulting in generous helpings of lip-smacking Sherried sweetness. Excellent balance; intense and medium dry vanilla malt and delicate spicy fruit cake flavours gain ground at the finish.

The only whisky in the world made by a grand master of sake (‘Toji’), White Oak distillery applies sake methodology to the art of whisky-making to create Akashi. This means it requires less ageing to result in a smooth and delicate malt.
