A fantastic naturally-made Grillo from Sicily. The palate is intense withnotes of zesty citrus, white blossom, and pears – skins and all. It’s crisp and refreshing, and bursting with a saline minerality. Easy to drink and easy to love, this is a great wine to crack open among friends. The grapes are grown according to biodynamic principles and are hand-harvested, before being fermented with ambient yeasts andmaturing for 6 months on the lees. It is bottled unfiltered, unfined, and without the addition of sulphites.
