A collection of iconic wines to the Alkoomi family. These wines are made from the oldest plantings on the property as early as 1971. Each parcel of fruit is individually crafted, tasted and blended Named after the ancient Eucalyptus trees growing throughout the property and only made in exceptional years, these wines are crafted for cellaring and entice the taste buds of wine enthusiasts.

VINIFICATION

Small open fermentation batches, hand plunged 3-4 times daily, extended skin contact, gentle pressing, french oak maturation, 1/3 new french oak, 21 months in barrel before going to bottle.
