RYE IPA, 6.2% ABV
Dry and red like the Nevada desert, this beer is a nod to the IPAs from the US. Brewed with a big chunk of Rye Red Crystal to give the beer a spicy, nutty, earthiness, mashed up with Caragold to create a rich mouthfeel. Zesty Motueka, Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Galaxy hops are used in abundance to balance the beers sweet malt character and spike a wild blend of tropical, spicy aromas and that classic bitter IPA finish.
