ORGANIC/VEGAN/NATURAL/NO ADDED SULPHITES

This ros blend is the perfect apritif, with the right balance of fruity sweetness and aromatic bitters. It has a beautiful pink/orange hue in the glass and gives off a strawberry and apple fragrance, combined with characteristic floral aromasfrom the Muscat grapes. There’sa beautiful texture on the palate – the creamy mousse being evocative of strawberry yoghurt – which leads into a finish with hints of baking spices, like anise and clove. All this is rounded out nicely by zesty acidity, and just the right amount of funk.

Located in the medieval town of Dambach-la-Ville, a quintessentially Alsatian village. Inspired among others by the writings of Japanese farmer and philosopher Masanobu Fukuoka, Florian and Mathilde allow wild plants to grow around their vines to increase fertility and biodiversity. The wines are produced without the use of any additives including SO2; resulting in profound and vibrant wines carried by the typical saltiness and mineral print of Dambach-la-Villes emblematic two-mica granite.
