ORGANIC/VEGAN/NATURAL/LOW SULPHITE

This white packs a fruit punch. Juicy pear, peach, rhubarb, and a hint of elderflower with plenty of citrus. And a great minerality to balance it all. Capri Sun vibes for sure! Some of the grapes are fermented on skins, hence this is technically an orange wine. Though it’s super approachable in style.

5th generation winemaker Jason Bergkloster is a young and passionate producer in the heart of one of Germany’s oldest wine regions. He’s putting everything into low intervention wine-making using his organic grapes to bring out every bit of personality the terroir has to offer. An approach that many from the region have always overlooked.
