All-natural, Australian bitter aperitivo. With the perfect balance of sweet and bitter skin-contact Vermentino forms the base of this bright, citrusy drink. Its then infused with Riverland orange and lemon peels, as well as traditional amaro botanicals (such as rhubarb and gentian root), before being fortified with a neutral grape spirit.

Naturally, its best served as a spritz: with pt-nat or prosecco, a little soda, and some fresh fruit. It’s really easy drinking, and approachable. But its also pretty versatile. you can serve it in Negronis, or simply on the rocks after dinner (it works just as well as a digestivo).
