A crisp and juicy biodynamic Col Fondo from Wiltshire, with light bubbles, elegant minerals and structure. Hugo began this vineyard near Salisbury after a long journeygrowing grapes and tending old vines in France. Partnering with Dan from Offbeat Wines as his head winemaker, the duo are quite a force. Domaine Hugo is one to watch when it comes to English winemaking.
