About the Can Sumoi winery

Can Sumoi is the high-altitude, low-intervention project of Pepe Ravents, of the celebrated Ravents i Blanc winery. The estate dates back to 1645, sitting at 600 metres above sea level in the Baix Peneds, with 30 hectares of old vines and 370 hectares of oak and pine forest.Vineyards are farmed entirely by hand and animal – no machinery – using organic and biodynamic principles, with wines made without additives, stabilisation, or filtration.
