Cape Byron Mac Liqueur Cask Single Malt Whisky has been carefully matured with the finest roasted macadamia and wattle seed liqueur, imparting decadent notes of butterscotch, coffee and dark chocolate.

The ex-bourbon casks are then aged in a subtropical rainforest, resulting in a rich and luxurious flavour profile of buttery macadamia, cocoa, milk chocolate and subtle hints of dried apricot. The palate is balanced with a depth of cocoa and cereal sweetness, accompanied by notes of orange marmalade and finished with a warmth and oak spice.
