Capricorn Spiced rum is as real as it gets – locally sourced molasses, a long fermentation time and aged in Queensland’s tropical climate using ex shiraz, ex bourbon and new American Oak barrels.

We don’t add any sugar or artificial colours only whole macerated spices to give a complex finish that is perfect to sip neat, on ice or with your favourite mixer.
