ORGANIC /VEGAN/NATURAL/NO ADDED SULPHITES

Named after Nadia’s mother, this is a floral, heady red with all the warmth of a mother’s hug. There is plenty of black fruit and spice on the palate, and some earthy notes to keep it grounded.

Nadia Verrua currently runs Cascina Tavijn, but her family has been making wines in these hills for more than a century. They farm local grapes and hazelnut trees organically and only use wild yeasts in the cellar. Minimal intervention is the aim, and the results are remarkable wines that perfectly reflect their local environment and the care that went into growing them.
