A captivating, naturally sparkling Cabernet Franc from the Loire. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged at least 12 months on the lees, it is bottled unfined, with no sulphur added.

The nose brims with bright red fruitsraspberry and cassislayered with mineral undertones and a gentle spice. On the palate, fine bubbles bring energy and lift, acidity keeps it fresh, and a touch of residual sweetness softens the finish into something rounded and refined.

Clos Kixhaya is the vision of Beatriz Papamija and tienne Le Blanc in Chinon, where 3090-year-old Cabernet Franc vines thrive on sandy gravel, clay, and limestone beside the river. Now in their third year of organic conversion, Beatriz and tienne go further still, embracing biodynamic practices and prioritising biodiversityworking with life, not against it.
