ORGANIC/LOW SULPHITE

A Gamay with a great balance between aroma and acidity. Light to medium body but very flavourful with notes of cherry, raspberry, and gentle floral notes, and a kick of pepper and earth. Refreshing and balanced.

The two brothers that operate Domaine des Cognettes, Stphane and Vincent, get their passion for great winemaking from the 9 generations that came before them. As they continue to produce wines they are cognizant of doing so responsibly and sustainably. They believe in healthier wine production not only for the land, but also for them, and for us as the consumer.
