Ester Barrel Aged Gin (limited Edition) 44% 700ml

Using our Old Tom Gin as a base, we reserve this sweet summer liquid in a barrel formerly used for heavily peated whiskey and let it rest for four months. Its got more character than a Clint Eastwood Western, deep warm amber notes suffused with sweet, smokey and slightly vegetal flavours.
