ORGANIC / BIODYNAMIC / VEGAN

A wonderful, complex ros made from the Merlot grape. The grapes are pressed as soon as they arrive at the winery, and the juice is transferred to a clay amphora where it ferments and then ages for 8 months. The result is a wonderfully tense and mineral, almost salty ros. Candied nose, then totally different on the palate: savoury, fresh, salty, acidic. Great autumnal rose!

Made by Daniele & Dario, the fourth generation at this biodynamic Tuscan estate. Within the range they make a balanced mix of traditional Sangioveses along with experimental wines vinified in clay amphoras.
