Hellyers Road 10 Yo Oloroso De Jerez Single Malt Whisky 46.2% 700ml

This sherry cask single malt was matured for 10 years in traditional 250 litre Oloroso casks from Jerez (Spain) and represents the oldest fully matured sherry cask whisky known to be released by any Australian distillery to date and continues Hellyers Roads legacy of producing sherry cask whiskies of incredible distinction and quality.

Toffee, treacle, orange zest, brioche and clove on the nose. Palate coating with rich caramel, honey, subtle chocolate and stewed fruits. The finish is incredibly smooth and elegant with morish sweet notes.
