Lark Distillery Rare Cask Para 50 II 52.5% 700ml

Second in a limited series comes the Para 50 a luxuriously smoky single malt handcrafted at our Coal Valley Distillery. Finished in Seppeltsfield Para Vintage Tawny casks holding half a century of history, its incomparable in decadence and complexity. Nose: Warming notes of sweet caramel and soft vanilla dance with dark fruits and earthy campfire smoke. Palate: Smoky, sticky caramel and candied orange peel poured over vanilla ice cream, all atop a deeply unctuous Black Forest cake, rippled with cherry and cream. Finish: Long, rich and wonderfully complex, this is one to sip and ponder.
