Super limited release white from Austria (only 400 bottles made), that’s cloudy and fresh and fascinating. A honeyed nose, soft texture and peachy fruit on the palate, with a savoury finish. 1/3 gets whole bunch pressed, so there’s a touch of skin contact to keep it dry.

Each label is hand-drawn as part of a 400-part animation created by one of the producer’s fiances, making every bottle unique.
