Fragrant and citrus-led Chardonnay, with a strong grip and tropical fruit. It’s spontaneously fermented in steel for freshness, then aged on its lees in old oak for structure and texture.

Jean Maupertuis maintains his 3.5 hectare plots all himself, hand pruning and picking, and upholding organic practices. His production is tiny, so whenever we can get our hands on some of his delicious natural offerings, we don’t hesitate as they tend to disappear quickly!
