100% Pinot Noir, from clay soils in a fairly unknown region of Central France. Funky, juicy fruit, lots of minerals and a lingering finish. This is dry, with a surprising amount of body despite its refreshing palate.

Jean Maupertuis maintains his 3.5 hectare plots all himself, hand pruning and picking, and upholding organic practices. His production is tiny, so whenever we can get our hands on some of his delicious natural offerings, we don’t hesitate as they tend to disappear quickly!
