Agentle and interesting orange option from Costador (Brisat is the old Catalan word for an orange/amber wine).Savoury notes balance the citrus and yellow fruit flavours beautifully, and the tangy acidity brightens up the structure and tannin. This spends 6 months on skins in amphora, at which point it’s transferred to old oak for another 6 months. The ageing gives it somecharacter and funk, but overall it’s fresh and aromatic.
