ORGANIC / VEGAN / LOW SULPHITE

This is essentially how Michael Wenzel interprets the ‘Vin de Soif’ movement. It’s an incredibly drinkable blend of Pinot and BlauFRNKisch (see what he did there?), with zero additions. Fermented and aged in both steel and old barrels, the result is a gorgeous balance on the palate of tart, bramble berries and damp earth.
