A fresh and layered white blend from Milan Nestarec, rising star of the Czech Republic wine scene. Some of the grapesare processed withcarbonic maceration and some with skin contact, adding tannic structure and complexity. The wine is then fermented in steel and remains on the lees until bottling. The bright, fleshy fruit and texture make it a gorgeous option with or without food.
