Palate: This blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay, Chardonnay, and Aligote, brings the best of both worlds to this Cremant de Bourgogne. A solid gold robe is coupled with a slightly yeasty nose revealing light aromas of toast and fresh pear. The brilliant dry, acidic finish has a rich texture with enticing flavors of baked granny smith apples reminiscent of an apple crisp.
